using computer systems in learning aspects

After comming out new low voltage Intel processors and after netbooks become happend! many people using they computers every day and in different day by day tasks! and possible now to use Internet to find information in different areas of knowledges! - and i think - why we are not use new technologies in learning institutes...
maybe i find time to write this system or maybe not. If someone created this system i will be only happyness//
